The Grand Foyer
A light-filled entry hall greets you with fresh-cut flowers, a sweeping staircase and a gallery landing above — the first of many moments that feel like stepping into another century.
The house
Roughly 13,000 square feet across three floors — every bedroom with its own bath, and a procession of common rooms that turn a stay into an occasion. Here are the spaces guests remember.

01
A light-filled entry hall greets you with fresh-cut flowers, a sweeping staircase and a gallery landing above — the first of many moments that feel like stepping into another century.

02
Marble fireplaces, deep sofas and tall windows. The heart of the house, where thirty guests gather, spill into the adjoining rooms, and settle in.

03
A soaring two-story stair hall in crisp white, crowned by a Palladian window and a brass chandelier — the estate's signature processional moment.

04
A long live-edge farmhouse table seats the whole group beneath geometric pendants and rolling valley views — the table guests remember most.

05
A professional, commercial-grade kitchen with a butcher-block island and herringbone floors — ready for a caterer, a private chef, or the whole group cooking together.

06
A handsome built-in mahogany bar with backlit shelving, a marble counter and leather stools — the private pub guests rave about, just off the great room.
Thirteen en-suite bedrooms
Twenty-seven beds across thirteen en-suite rooms — four-posters and coffered ceilings, fireplaces and window seats, no two alike. Many are themed to the estate's history and its pleasures, and everyone in your party gets their own.

Suite 204
The original primary suite, with two fireplaces — where President Chester Arthur and J.P. Morgan once stayed as guests of the house.

Suite 203
A bedroom-study wrapped in built-in shelves of early-1900s books — the quiet corner of the house.

Room 102
Set with an easel and pastels for the resident artist — a light-filled room with its own sunny sitting area, made for making things.

Room 302
Foosball, ping-pong and a retro arcade under a sloped ceiling — the gathering point after dark.

Room 207
An Oculus headset and PS4 for the modern house guest — the Gilded Age, fully wired.

Room 201
A calm, light-filled bedroom with a built-in desk and workspace — for the guest who needs to slip away and get something done.

Room 303
A bright top-floor bedroom that doubles as a private gym, with cardio and equipment to keep the routine going.
Room 101
646 square feet with instruments to play and a steam shower — the largest and most theatrical of the suites.
Room 205
Named for its collection of rare Metropolitan Opera recordings — a nod to the estate's love of performance.
Room 206
The room for the fans — easy comfort and game-day spirit for the sporting members of the party.
